We offer free local pick up in Ladysmith, right from The Little Yellow House Farm

We are located at 3465 Mcguire Way, Ladysmith, V9G1C4

Processing Time
Every item is lovingly handmade in small batches, and that means processing times can vary a little. It depends on how many orders are ahead of yours, whether all ingredients are in stock, and how long each product takes to craft just right. We will always do our best to keep things moving smoothly, and we truly appreciate your patience while getting everything ready with care!

Estimated Delivery Times
We will always do our best to get your order to you on time, but delivery dates aren’t guaranteed — once it’s out of our hands, it’s in the hands of the mail carriers (and sometimes the weather!).

Shipping To USA

**Please note taxes, duties and tariffs are not applied to orders at checkout and will need to be paid by the customer on delivery. 

Order changes and edits

Once an order is placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee any changes, cancellations, or refunds.  

  • While we try to accommodate requests if we can, because of our tight shipping time, we cannot guarantee any changes to an order once it has been placed. 
  • We cannot add items to an order after it has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are an independently owned Canadian small business and unfortunately we do not set the shipping rates. We also are not responsible for packages that go missing or are stolen during transit. If that happens, your best bet is to contact the shipping provider directly.
If an incorrect address was submitted with your order, we totally understand mistakes happen — just send us an email. While we can’t resend the original order, we’d be happy to offer you a discount on your next one.

Damaged Items
If something arrives broken, please send us a quick email with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right as soon as possible! If the item’s no longer available, we’ll let you choose between a refund or a store credit — whatever feels best for you.
