We’re the Hagemann's, the family behind The Little Yellow House, tucked away on the beautiful Vancouver Island, BC. Welcome to our little corner of natural living where family, faith, and a love for clean, honest ingredients come together to create something truly meaningful.

What started as a personal journey toward healthier living has grown into a heartfelt mission to help others do the same which to us means reducing toxins, embracing simplicity, and returning to nature.

Like many families, over the years we began making small, intentional changes to cut out harmful chemicals from our everyday lives—whether in our food, cleaning products, or personal care. One of the biggest eye-openers? Skincare. Reading ingredient lists felt like uncovering a secret language of synthetics, and it made us wonder... what did people use before everything came in plastic bottles filled with chemicals?

So, we went back to basics. Through deep research, prayerful discernment, and good old-fashioned trial and error, we began crafting our own products that are simple, nourishing, and effective. We focus on locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, including grass-fed tallow from our Vancouver Island, and always use natural, toxin-free ingredients you can feel good about putting on your skin and sharing with your family.
